Who is behind CDA Perform?
Claudia
Welcome to my personal project!
With more than eight years of experience in high-performance sport, I specialise in developing athletes from youth level through to World Cup competition. I am currently Head of Athletic Development at Apex2100 International Ski Academy, where I lead strength and conditioning programmes, return-to-sport pathways, and performance monitoring for international alpine ski teams.
My academic background includes a BSc and MSc in Sports Sciences from the University of León, complemented by advanced certifications such as Functional Range Conditioning, Human Ability (Antonio Expósito 1%). These qualifications, combined with years of hands-on coaching, have equipped me with a deep understanding of athletic development, injury prevention, and performance optimisation.
Throughout my career, I have worked across diverse environments — from international training camps in Spain, Italy, France, and Norway to remote performance support — collaborating with athletes, coaches, and multidisciplinary teams. My approach is rooted in science and practicality: I believe in simple, consistent, and evidence-based methods that build strong, resilient athletes ready to perform at their best.
Beyond physical preparation, I place great emphasis on communication, trust, and athlete education, ensuring that every programme not only enhances performance but also supports long-term growth and wellbeing.
